It's led by Benjamin Garriott, a lifelong operator who has owned and scaled real companies across four industries over thirty years. We understand systems because we've spent our lives building and running them.

Ben started in his father's print and graphics shop at thirteen, where he ran presses, designed, and sold, ran his first businesses in his teens, and never really stopped. From design and print, to owning concrete and construction companies that scaled to over 60 employees, where he was pulling technology into the field from his early twenties, to leading industrial projects worth tens of millions, to running a digital agency for public and private companies, the throughline has always been the same: take something real, build it properly, and make it actually work. ELEV8 is the sum of it all: hands-on operator experience plus modern digital and AI. Running construction companies meant living in systems every day: estimating, scheduling, crews, payroll, safety, operations at scale. That's what we're really good at, business systems. The websites, brands, and decks are how most clients start with us, but the bigger work is making your whole business more intelligent: smarter operations, better systems, and AI agents that take real work off your team.
