These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of elev8bos.com (the "Site"), operated by ELEV8 Inc. ("ELEV8," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to: use it in any way that breaks applicable law; interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it; scrape, copy, or harvest content or data except as permitted; or use it to transmit harmful code. We may suspend or restrict access to anyone who misuses the Site.

Our content and intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, the ELEV8 name and brand, product names (such as SiteIQ, BrandIQ, DeckIQ, SignalIQ, OpsIQ, AgentIQ, BrainIQ, and ELEV8 BOS), and the arrangement of all of it, are owned by or licensed to ELEV8 and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute our content without our written permission.

Submissions and inquiries

When you submit information through the Site (for example, a contact request or a request for a free Site Report), you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship; a client relationship begins only when we both agree to work together in a separate written agreement or engagement.

Our services and statements

The Site describes our services, including services that are available now and features that are planned or in development. We identify forward-looking items honestly (for example, "coming soon"), but descriptions of planned features are not commitments or guarantees that a feature will ship on any particular timeline. Pricing shown on the Site is a starting point and may change; final pricing is confirmed in a written quote or agreement.

No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ELEV8 and its owners and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the Site will be handled in the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
