Can one company see another company's information?

How one AI Executive Partner can work across several authorized worlds without turning personal and company knowledge into one shared data pool.

The short answer

Not automatically.

Company environments are separate truth, ownership, permission, and authority domains. One Executive Partner can work across worlds the person is authorized to enter without merging those worlds together.

Cross-scope context movement should happen only when the task, authorization, and applicable policy support it.

Same Partner does not mean one giant memory.

A person may own a business, advise another company, sit on a board, and still have a private personal world.

The Executive Partner can remain the relationship in front while the truth underneath stays separated by who owns it and where it is authorized to be used.

Same Partner. Different worlds. Different boundaries.

Executive Partner

Routes authorized context. Does not merge ownership.

Personal Brain

Person-owned durable truth

Company Brain A

Company-owned / company-governed truth

Company Brain B

Separate company truth boundary

One Executive Partner can enter authorized scopes while the underlying Personal and Company truth remains separately owned and governed.

Each company keeps its own truth domain.

Company knowledge belongs to the company that owns and governs it. A second company does not gain access merely because the same human or Executive Partner works with both.

Personal truth also remains distinct from company-owned truth. Connection should not collapse those ownership boundaries.

The design rule is to route context, not merge truth.

Sometimes work legitimately crosses a boundary. A person might need to carry an approved fact from one role into another conversation, or explicitly coordinate work across organizations.

That should be a governed context movement tied to the task and authority, not a permanent merge of the underlying Brains.

Separate the truth. Route the context.

Technical access still does not create cross-company permission.

Even if an Executive Partner can technically reach systems in two company environments, the applicable identity, scope, permissions, policy, and authority still determine what can be used for the task.

This is the same reason ELEV8 treats connection and authority as separate concepts everywhere else.

Company knowledge does not become personal property because an employee had access.

The person-owned Executive Partner can be portable. Company-owned durable truth is not automatically portable with the individual when a role changes or ends.

That distinction is part of keeping the Executive Partner personal without weakening company ownership.

Why this matters more as the Partner gets more useful.

A weak assistant sees very little. A capable Partner can eventually work across many systems and responsibilities.

The more useful the relationship becomes, the more important explicit scope boundaries become. Convenience cannot be allowed to turn into accidental data pooling.

The practical answer.

One Executive Partner can follow a person across authorized worlds.

The worlds themselves stay separately owned and governed. Cross-scope context is something to authorize for a legitimate purpose, not something the architecture should assume.
