AGENTIQ BY ELEV8

In development

You don't need another tool your team has to learn. You need the work done.

AgentIQ is a digital workforce inside ELEV8 BOS, your Business Operating System: AI agents that do the repetitive work across the systems your business already runs on, and that you direct in plain language, the way you would hand a task to anyone else on the team. They run on your connected core, so they act on what your company knows instead of guessing. We're building it now, on the foundation the rest of the platform is laying first. If you want to be among the first businesses running on it, put your name down.

Why the demos don't survive contact

Everyone's been sold AI agents. Almost nobody can use them.

There are two reasons the agent demo you saw online doesn't turn into anything in a real business. The first is that most of these tools were built for developers. Running one means a terminal, a stack of configuration, and a tolerance for things breaking in ways only an engineer can read. Your office manager is never going to touch that, which means it never gets used, which means it may as well not exist.

The second reason is quieter and worse. An agent that can act is only safe if it acts on something true. Point one at the scattered, half-current, four-versions-of-everything that most businesses run on, and it will do the wrong thing quickly, confidently, and at scale. A person acting on bad information makes one mistake. Software acting on bad information makes the same mistake three hundred times before lunch.

So the question was never whether agents can do the work. It's whether you can run them without a developer, and whether you can trust what they run on.

What it is

A workforce you direct in plain language, that does the work.

AgentIQ is a set of AI agents that do the repetitive work of your business across the systems it already runs on. Not a chatbot that answers questions and leaves the doing to you. Agents that take the task end to end: the quote drafted, the follow-up sent, the report built, the job updated, the inbox triaged. You tell them what you need the way you would tell a coworker, and you don't need to know anything about how they work underneath.

  • Direction, not operation. You describe the outcome. There is no console to learn, no commands to memorise, no setup that only one person understands. If you can explain the job to a new hire, you can direct an agent.

  • Action, not conversation. The point isn't a smarter answer. It's the work off your plate. An agent finishes the task and hands you the result, not a suggestion of how you might do it yourself.

  • On the record. Everything an agent does is documented where you can see it, in plain view, so you can check it, correct it, or reconstruct what happened. Nothing it does is invisible.

  • Inside the systems you already have. Agents work across the tools your business already lives in, not in a new place your team has to migrate to.

How you get one

Start with a module built for your kind of business, or have one built for yours.

A lot of the work that eats a small or mid-sized business is the same shape from one company to the next. Quoting, scheduling, follow-up, reporting, the chase for the thing someone forgot to send. So AgentIQ comes two ways.

Modules

Pre-built operating modules for a kind of business, assembled from the workflows that line of work almost always involves. You start from something that already fits, instead of from a blank page.

Custom

When the way you run doesn't match the template, the module gets shaped to it, or built from scratch around how your business runs. This is the part we know well, because it starts the same way OpsIQ does: by walking the real workflow before automating a single step of it.

The end state is the same either way. A set of agents that fit how your business runs, not a generic assistant you have to bend your business around.

The part that makes it work

An agent is only as good as what it's standing on.

This is the reason we don't lead with the agents. Anyone can point a raw agent at a business today; that part is easy, and it's not what we're selling. An agent you can trust needs two things underneath it: one connected record of what your company knows, so it acts on the truth, and one governed place to document what it did, so a person can check it. Take those away and what you get is the demo that falls over the moment it meets real work. So we build the workforce and the ground it stands on together, the OpsIQ documentation and the BrainIQ core alongside the agents, not agents on their own.

This is what people in the field mean by “agentic,” software that doesn't just answer but takes action on your behalf. The word is fine. The thing only works when what it acts on is true and what it does is visible, which is the whole reason we build the foundation and the workforce together rather than shipping agents on their own.

Anyone can show you an agent doing something impressive once. The hard part is a workforce you can trust on the two hundredth task, unwatched. That's a foundation problem, and it's the one we're solving first.

Straight about it

We're building the workforce and the ground it stands on together.

AgentIQ is in development and you can't buy it today. Being straight about where it sits: a digital workforce is only worth having when the core it runs on and a governed record of what it does are there to keep it honest. Those are the pieces we're building right now, alongside the agent layer, not after it. The agents are designed to be built onto a foundation that's real rather than onto a promise, which is why this is the piece we talk about last even as we build it in step with the rest.

Already working, in your hands today

The pieces that make agents possible are the ones already shipping. The documented workflows that come out of OpsIQ are exactly what an agent needs in order to know how your business runs. The machine-readable brand file from BrandIQ is exactly what keeps anything automated sounding like your company. Both live in your own storage, both are useful right now, and neither one waits on AgentIQ.

We would rather tell you it's not ready than sell you a workforce with nothing solid under it. The order is the product.

Who it's for

Trade and service businesses.

The repetitive back-office work, quoting, scheduling, chasing paperwork, following up, is the work that grows fastest as you do and the work nobody wants to add a salary to cover. This is the work agents take.

Growth-stage and public companies.

The same relief with the stakes raised. Here the questions are governance and trust: whether anything automated acting in your business is drawing on your real positions, and whether every action it takes sits on a record that holds up when someone asks to see it.

Different rooms, same need: the repetitive work handled, and a clear account of everything that was done in your name.

Get in line

Be among the first businesses running on it.

We're building AgentIQ onto the rest of the platform, foundation first. Get on the list and you're first to know as each piece opens up, and first in line to put it to work. Earlier on the list, earlier in.
