BrainIQ by ELEV8
Everyone on your team is already using AI. None of it knows anything about your company.
BrainIQ is one place everything your company knows lives, in your own storage, structured so any AI tool your team uses can read it and answer like someone who actually works here. We're building it now and using it inside ELEV8 first, on our own company, before it goes anywhere else. If you want to be among the first businesses running on it, put your name down.
The part nobody has solved
The tools are fine. They have nothing to work from.
Right now someone on your team is asking an AI to write a quote, draft a client email, or explain a process to somebody new. It answers immediately, and it answers generically, because it has never seen how your company does any of it. Your pricing logic. The phrasing your industry actually uses. The client who needs everything in writing. The supplier you stopped using two years ago and the reason why. None of that sits anywhere a tool can reach, so every person gets a slightly different answer and every answer is a guess wearing the clothes of an answer.
The problem compounds quietly. Three people using three different AI tools produce three different versions of your company, all confident, none checkable. Nobody notices until one of them goes out to a client.
What it is
One place your company's knowledge lives, that anything can read.
BrainIQ is a structured set of plain files in your own storage, organised so your people and your software can both use them. It isn't a new app anyone has to learn, and it isn't somewhere ELEV8 holds your information. It's where your brand, your processes, your decisions, and your project records live, so that whatever you point at it answers from your company instead of from the internet.
Plain files, not a platform. Ordinary documents in your own storage. If you stopped working with us tomorrow you would still have every one of them, readable, with nothing to export.
Structured on purpose. Structure is most of the difference between an accurate answer and a confident wrong one. An AI pointed at a pile of folders drowns; pointed at an organised one, it performs.
Read by anything. Whatever your team uses this year, and whatever it moves to next year. You are not picking a side you have to live with.
Governed. Nothing enters the company record without a person approving it. There is one current version of anything, not five.
HOW IT'S DIVIDED
Three layers, and the line between them is the whole design.
The company vault. The permanent record. Your brand, your processes, your decisions, and every closed project. This is the layer that stays exactly where it is when people move.
Project spaces. A project is whatever your unit of work is: a job, a client, an engagement, a build, a launch. Everyone working on it works in the same space, so decisions, meeting records, and commitments live with the project instead of scattered across three inboxes and somebody's phone.
The individual vault. Each person's own working space. Their notes, their drafts, their thinking before it's finished, and a short file describing how they work. Free to write in, private in practice, and never the place the business keeps anything it can't afford to lose.
Work moves upward with approval, and everything reads downward without being copied. Your people read the company record; they don't hold their own version of it. Copies drift apart on their own, quietly, and then nobody can tell you which one is right.
The rule underneath all of it is simple. The record belongs to the company, the working belongs to the person. Get that line in the right place and the day someone leaves stops being an event, because nothing that mattered was ever only in their vault.
Identity
A filing cabinet answers questions. This answers the way your company would.
Structure gets you accuracy. What gets you a genuinely useful answer is identity: a short set of files describing how your company talks, what it values, the frameworks it runs on, and what good work looks like here. Every person's AI inherits that, and each person adds a thin layer of their own on top for how they specifically work. One company voice, different jobs. It's the difference between an assistant that has read your files and one that has worked here for two years.
You may already have part of this. The machine-readable brand file that comes with BrandIQ today is exactly this kind of document, for your brand voice. It exists now, it sits in your own storage, and it works on its own without anything else being built. BrainIQ is that same idea applied to everything else your company knows.
The part that usually kills these
Every company knowledge system dies the same way.
Somebody builds it, everyone agrees it's a good idea, and then nobody maintains it, because maintaining it is work with no payoff this week. Four months later it's wrong often enough that people stop trusting it, and once they stop trusting it they stop using it. That's how it actually fails, and nagging people has never fixed it, because the fault was in the design.
So most of the feeding has to happen without anyone deciding to do it. Meetings get captured and filed against the project they belong to. Documented processes come out of OpsIQ sessions. Brand identity comes out of BrandIQ. The work people do in their own vaults gets proposed up, and somebody approves it rather than authoring it from scratch.
People keep their own vault current because their own AI gets noticeably better when they do. The company record improves as a by-product, and every system of this kind that has lasted has worked that way round.
Straight about it
We're building it on ourselves before we build it on you.
BrainIQ is in development and you can't buy it today. What you can know is that it isn't a concept on a slide. The structure is settled, we're running it inside ELEV8 on our own operations, and we're working the problems out on our own company rather than on somebody's business. That order matters for a system that holds everything a company knows. So this page describes what it does today.
Already working, in your hands today
The machine-readable brand file that comes with BrandIQ, which is the identity layer in miniature and works entirely on its own. The documented processes that come out of OpsIQ, which are precisely the files this system is built to hold. Both live in your own storage. Both are useful right now. Neither one waits on BrainIQ.
What we're building
The vault structure, the three layers, the approval flow, the connections that feed it without anyone having to remember, and the part where it reorganises and tidies itself overnight. That work is in front of us, and the list below is how we decide what order to do it in.
Nothing you do with BrandIQ or OpsIQ now gets thrown away when this arrives. Documenting things in a format that people and software can both read is the work either way, which is why we started there instead of here.
The part that makes agents safe
A raw agent is easy. One you can trust is the whole problem.
The obvious argument for this layer is that an AI needs to read your company before it can be useful, and that's true as far as it goes. The less obvious one matters more. The moment software starts doing real work in your business, answering an email, updating a job, moving a project along, it needs somewhere to document what it did. Otherwise nobody can check it, correct it, or reconstruct what happened when something goes wrong late on a Friday.
A person putting a sloppy note into the company record is a small problem, caught by whoever approves it. Software doing the same thing a few hundred times a day, unsupervised, is how a company's knowledge quietly becomes wrong at a scale nobody can unpick. So the approval gate isn't caution for its own sake. It's the thing that makes it safe to let anything automated near the record at all.
That's why we build the governed core and the workforce together, and won't put agents into your business without it. Anyone can point a raw agent at a company today; that part is easy, and it's not what we're selling. A workforce you can actually trust, one that acts on what's true and leaves a record you can check, is the part that needs this underneath it. That's the part we're building.
Who it's for
Trade and service businesses.
What runs the company lives in a few heads and it's getting heavier. When the estimator is away, quoting slows down. When the lead hand leaves, the reason things are done a particular way leaves with him, and the next person rediscovers it the expensive way.
Growth-stage and public companies.
The same problem with the stakes raised: governance, handover risk, and whether the AI your team is quietly already using is drawing on your actual positions or inventing something plausible that ends up in front of a client or a regulator.
Whether your unit of work is a job, a client, or a product, the structure underneath is the same. What changes is what it costs you when it isn't there.
